Dear Committee,
Just a reminder: Immediately following the conclusion of the monthly Gateway Village HOA meeting this Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 10:00am, at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery just off Gateway Blvd, we will be holding another Block Party Committee meeting, as agreed upon the night of August 14, 2018. Our objective, to finalize everything we discussed at that meeting. Please come prepared to present the information, cost, and so forth of all things that each of you volunteered to coordinate and take ownership of. Remember, it takes us all working together to make this event a success for our community.
For those of you who had signed up to be part of this committee, but for whatever reason were unable to attend that particular night on August 14, 2018, please feel free to contact myself or the present acting secretary, Robin Jumonville by responding to this email and one of us will provide you with a copy of the slides covering the topics of discussion and the minutes that Ms. Jumonville recorded as well.
